At the switched-on devices of external lighting rotate the regulator handle to establish the required brightness of illumination of the dashboard (fig. 1.57).

NOTE If function of decrease in brightness of illumination of the dashboard is switched off, then the rotary regulator of brightness of illumination does not operate.

The button of the switch of brightness of illumination of the dashboard can function only at the included ignition.

If devices of external lighting are switched off, then by means of consecutive pressing the button of the switch it is possible to choose one of five steps of brightness of illumination of the dashboard.

At turning on of devices of external lighting brightness of illumination of the dashboard decreases. At movement along the snow-covered road, in fog or in other conditions when visibility of the dashboard worsens because of a bright external flare, the button of the switch allows to turn off function of decrease in brightness of illumination of the dashboard. Press the button to increase dashboard illumination brightness. Press the switch button once again to return to the initial brightness of illumination.
