The system of blocking does not allow to bring the lever out of situation "P" (parking) if at the same time the brake pedal is not pressed.

To bring the lever out of situation "P" (parking), perform the following operations.

1. Press and hold a brake pedal in the pressed situation.

2. Start the engine.

3. Move the lever of the switch of ranges.

NOTE The lever of the switch of ranges cannot be brought out of situation "P" (parking) if the switch of ignition is in the provision of "ASS" (auxiliary consumers of the electric power) or "LOCK" (blocking). As a precautionary measure it is provided that the ignition key cannot be taken out from the ignition lock if the lever of the switch of ranges is not installed in situation "P" (parking) (Cars with the wearable card "Advanced Key")

The switch of ignition cannot be turned from the provision of "ASS" (auxiliary consumers of the electric power) in the provision of "LOCK" (blocking) if the lever of the switch of ranges is not in situation "P" (parking).
