Remove a valve pusher.

Place pieces of the calibrated plastic wire from above on cam-shaft necks, having arranged them along an axis (fig. 2.155).

Establish a cover of bearings of a cam-shaft. (see. "Instructions on assembly of a cam-shaft").

Uncover cam-shaft bearings. (see. "Instructions on dismantling of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft").

Measure a radial gap.

If the gap does not meet standard, replace a head of the block of cylinders.

Normal gap of 0,04-0,08 mm.

Maximum gap: 0,09 mm.
