Measure the internal diameter of an opening of a pusher of the valve in the X and Y directions in two points (A and B) (fig. 2.157).

Internal diameter: 31,00–31,03 mm.

Measure the outer diameter of the case of a pusher of the valve in the X and Y directions in two points (A and B) (fig. 2.158).

Outer diameter: 30,97–30,98 mm.

Subtract the outer diameter of the case of a pusher of the valve from the internal diameter of an opening of a pusher of the valve. If the gap does not meet standard, replace a pusher of the valve or a head of the block of cylinders.

Standard gap: 0,02–0,06 mm.

At most: 0,15 mm.
